yes i believe love at a first sight thats why i married him and soon we are 9 yrs of our marriage.we call it "destiny" in our situation back then.

I believe in love at first sight, because 43 years ago, I met my husband.. There were no fortune tellers involved but we have stayed together for 43 years, 3 dating and 40 married.. We were very different from each other, he was an immature 15 year old and I was a more mature 17 year old.. We didn't marry for 3 years but we did date, break up and date again, this went on for 3 years, until he finally started acting a bit more grown up.. It isn't easy being married, especially when you are still very young, 18 and 19 is still too young to be getting married.. It just seemed right even when we were arguing, because we always made up and started seeing each other again, we couldn't stay away from each other.. So, it has been 43 years now that we have been together and I do believe we will be together until we die of old age.. I don't think anyone else would have either of us, we are so set in our ways, so we are stuck with each other and don't seem to mind it.. I still love him as I did when I met him and he does me also..

Wow Hatley, that is an interesting love story. If it is true
about love at first sight then I haven't found it and I don't
believe I was destined to. I thought I had found it once or
twice, but I was wrong and now I no longer believe that it
is my destiny and maybe ever was. I'm not sure how I truly
feel about it. I guess I feel like I was kind of dealt a
lousy hand when it came to my entire life. Maybe that was just
the way that it was destined to be. I can't exactly see it
really being any other way. I could have been married, but
it wouldn't have been right and it wouldn't have ever worked.
So I do believe that I was destined to do exactly what I did
and stay single. I believe that the choices I made were for
the best. I don't think that God picked a person for me.

I can just see you looking into his eyes and feeling so in love..thats what everyone should have and experience...
I lost one at 25 who i felt that way about and he did too but after all these years i still miss him and have wonderful memories to carry with me always..

It is not a love at first sight. I have known him as a friend with common interest. I was still hurting when he came into my life and threw caution to the wind.

It happens and I know it happens
But I do have to say I am sorry about your Daughter I know you have told me this but it is something that no one ever expects to happen that you loose one of your Babies
I was also told that I would marry not be happy I would have 2 Children and one Miscarriage, I would be diagnosed with an Illness and my Life would totally change but I would meet the Man that will make me happy and respect me for who I am
All this has come true as well and to this Day it amazes me how People can tell that far ahead

I am not yet married. But I happened to meet my guy very well before a year and a half.. It was more like love at first sight.But it was our sweet little secret. SO we had to keep it glowing for some more time and it so happened that we told our love for each other at almost the same time. Its surely the best moment in my life.. I never had a second thought after meeting my guy.. I am quite happy to share it with all here..

Bear with me as I try to explain please. I do not believe in love at first sight. I do believe that there is lust at first sight. I also believe that you can see/meet someone and once you look at them you feel as if you are "home" I guess some would call that love but I cant say that when I was less then 5 years old when I had that feeling.

I met my soul mate when I was just about three years old. He was two years to the day older then me. We were inseparable. I knew I was going to spend my life with him but at that age I didn't know what that really meant. We were together for a tad bit less then seven years and were engaged when he was killed by a drunk driver on our birthday.
