I believe they were only looking to use Lavender to help ease the mood of stress. Did you know though, that you can put it into food and get great results?
Add it to ice cream as a mix-in.
Add it to stews to help provide breathing relief when sick with a cold.
(You can add even more to help that).
Add it to white cakes for flavor and get the benefits of it.
I do this; and love the health benefits.
