If this is the case, I don't thing that changing my voice will help me know who is disturbing me. If I am in this situation, I will talk to him, anyways, I am not the one paying for this phone call. Conversation, and listening to how the other person talk is the best way to know if you know the person or not.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by trying to find out who it is thats bothering and how changing your voice would reveal that person but I have not done this. We have receive pranks in the past. Their was some creepy cell phone call that I got that sounded like an old man. The old man was saying "Hello, press two, press two, I know your back there". I figured that might be a prank but it might had been somebody dialing the wrong cell phone #. I got the number on my caller id but did not call it back to see who it was. I didn't feel paranoid about it or anything but just thought it was odd.
