How do you clean your tongue?

This is a pretty simple question. We all brush our teeth and many of us clean our tongue too.How do you people clean your tongue? Do you use your brush itself or use a tongue cleaner?
I use a Tongue cleaner to clean my tongue up. I used to at first with a brush but I used to get that vomiting sensation so then started using a tongue cleaner. Cleaning the tongue i feel is good as it prevents bad breath.

My tongue is too sensitive for such cleaning goodies. I just grab myself a swig of water with a little bit of salt added and rasp a bit. This is not only good for your tongue but when you have toothache it relieves you from the pain. I experienced it myself about 2 weeks ago, the pain was killing and I read on the internet that salt helps. And darn they were right.

Hello razor123. I first brush my teeth and afterwards I use my tongue cleaner to clean my tongue.

I use a tongue cleaner, although I don't use it every time I brush my teeth. I know that I should though, and I plan to start.

Hi razor123
I use my toothbrush to clean my tongue but sometimes it actually tickles and sometimes makes me gag so I think I need to look into getting a tongue cleaner!!

I brush my tongue using my toothbrush after i brush my teeth. I will also brush the inner part of my cheek. It prevents bad breath. I hate body odor so i take the first step to clean myself first.

Hello,Razor! Cleaning tongue is as important as cleaning the teeth.If you don't clean the tongue you will leave bad breath from your mouth as well as you can' get good taste of your foods.So everybody brush the teeth and cleans the tongue.So also I brush my teeth and clean tongue by a tongue cleaner.thanx.
