Sometimes I miss having babies to hold but I also get such a kick out of my kids and the things that they say and do, that I wouldn't go back. But... I'd love to go back and get my body from about 15 or 20 years ago and bring IT back. :-)

The first day that he/she came out of my womb. That would be the only day that would melt my heart.

I know that being a mother has its hard times and good times. I have a five year old son and I think that I cherish the time that I have with him now. I do sometimes miss the age of infancy when he wasn't quite walking or talking yet and I would hold him like a baby most of the day. I realize that I can not get these moments back but I am thankful that I had them when I did. I believe we need to remember our children at each stage of life.

I would freeze them all right about now so they would never get any older and they would stay with me forever! The thought of them growing up and leaving makes me sick. Especially when it seems to be getting closer and closer. My oldest is 12 and it seems like yesterday he was a baby!

i do not even want to think about them being 12 or 18 its a scary thought even though most parents say your life begins after the children are grown
