Do you count the pieces of chicken ?

Most eating places might count the number of pieces of meat they serve with a meal. Do you habitually count the pieces of chicken you serve with a meal either at home or with your guests ?

I do count when I am serving my children just because of portion control! You always have to careful what the little guys are eating! But with guest In general I do family style so really don't keep an eye on everything they are eating. Also I am Italian and Irish so we specialize in making big meals so there is always enough to go around and for people to take home!
