|  I've tried doing this once and it really gave me a great relief after. My back pains (my common sickness yah know), and other related pains I guess I was feeling that time actually fade.. Have you ever tried doing that for yourself? I mean treating your body for a relaxing body massage and have you felt a great relief after? I do really wish to try other types of massages available in the market today. Thai massage, Shiatsu? I'm quite curious what's the after effect of this kinds of massage..Any experiences? Feel free to share.. Thanks!

| |  i been through all types of massages but as a tip: try to inquire a body massage where they combined all types of massage in one session. dont stick to one type only. inspite of all the combinations of multi-national massage(swedish/thai), just to relieve the pains, nothing bets the old fashion way. explore!

| |  Good for you.Work and life do get stressful at times so we need relaxations like that once in a while.
Me,i havent tried a body massage.Oh,does the visits to the local "hilot" counts as body massages?lol..
I havent tried going to these massage and spa clinic's because i have problems in
my back.I get very ticklish there.Even when the "hilot" massages them (its pretty pretty hard ) i laugh out loud. I envy those who get to have a massages and treat themselves.

| |  I am not into this but my friend bugged me to try one on the mall. I have specific instructions not to give me a hard massage as i am not used to it. And it was a full body massage combination of light and hard presses, and it felt great after! You're right, very relaxing and relieves you all the muscle pain, and stresses from work. The only thing i didn't like was to travel home afterwards. I mean, it would have been great to sleep right after the massage. A home service is preferrable.
