Do you agree that it is necessary to have one in the Philippines? I agree that people should be more aware of contraceptives. Why? Because people in the lower class needs to know that there is an alternative. Most of them have at least 6 or more children that they could not afford to feed nor have enough money to give them a good education. If there won't be any restricitons, the problems would get worse. Some of their childrem would end up being a petty thief. It's not that I have anything against them but I think they should be given options and should be inform about family planning. But definetly I do not agree with abortion. We should value every single life.

Freedom is a right that is given to us by God to choose between righ and wrong. we are given this ratioal thinking to identify and to decide, however, with this right we are not free to killlife through use of artificial contraceptives, 2 child policy and abortion. With this two child policy the women is required to have ligation thereby limiting the family tht can afford to support.. The youger generation are most likelyto be affected if this billbe acted beause we are the in the reproductivage where we can bare children until the age of 35 and up. If the government will impose to us that only 2 child is allowed for each family do you think I will have a happy life as I have today with my other siblings. More is happier. Because I don't belive that the conrol of the population will answer the one of reason behind that they are pursuing which is the control of the maternal morlity rate in country. But it is not true, they are just masked inside tis bill the true meaning is to control reproducion which is against the teaching of God which is t go forth and multiply to fill these land with people that will glorify hs name. And we dont have te right to limit this.. Limiting our freedom on how are we going to live in this world is a Big NO! and I don't want this thing to happened as long as I have firm faith to Him.

I agree that no one should dictate us on how may siblings we are allowed to have. Neither does bill have any restriction on how many children a couple should have. It does not legalize abortion. It is mainly about the dessimination of information on family planning and contraceptives. I does not require filipino uto use contraceptives. The choice is still with the couple.
