 One of my stays was in a hospital that not only had a nice view, but also had choices like steak and wine on the menu - depending on your condition, of course. So that hospital's food was quite nice, I must say.:o)

2.  lilybug (15353) | 1 year ago |  I guess it all depends on what hospital you are at and what you are in for. When I had my son I do not remember the food. When I had my gall bladder out at the same hospital the food was terrible. I had my daughter at a different hospital and the food was really good.

| 4. markroderick (594) | 1 year ago |  Not really when i was hospitalized i really dont like the food. I was admitted at a seventh day adventist church and i dont like the tasted of gluten and tofu. My mom buy me some foods outside the hospital but when it comes to their services its really exceptional.

Once, as a child having my appendix out, I remember getting the, I swear, the same bowl of pea soup every day for lunch, just reheated. Finally I tossed it into the toilet, leaving a little bit, and never got it again. They must have thought I finally caved in and ate it. It was so gross. And then there was the piece of fried fish with a hair in it - so stiff I lifted the fish off the plate with it. Those times, my folks brought my food in.
