now man city is linked with aguero. they were link with gerrard, c. ronaldo, fabregas etc previously. cannot imagine if they manage to get half of their links with the kind of cash on hand. looks like city will join chelsea as the most hated teams and a team with no history and if they really do wins, the term winning by cash instead of sporting abilities really defeat the purpose of sports.

After this sudden change of fortune for Man City, they will be continuously linked with a lot of star players in the future. Sergio aguero is a good player and he is the latest player from Argentina to rise into stardom and he's now the main catalyst for Atletico Madrid. Although City pocket has becoming thick now, I still think it's quite hard for them to get Aguero based on the latest rumour about the Mourinho's Inter also chasing him. Unless...the Robinho's case happened again. For us, we just sit back and see what will happen and who's gonna sign for this new Man City. Sometimes, it's quite interesting to see things like this happened because when a big name player sign for less known club, it will create some soft of nerves amongst the observer. hehehe

if they cannot make it to europe next season they would have diff in attracting good players. glad to know that their manager mark hughes is acknowledging this fact. their 2-3 loss to liverpool showed that they are still not yet ready to challenge for the big 4. maybe 5-8 is more realistic with villa, everton

I've heard another rumor about Aguero. It's said that Diego Maradona is near to starting a collaboration with Inter Milan, and Inter is also interested in "El Kun" Aguero. And considering Aguero is Diego Maradona's daughter boyfriend.

Remember Chelsea and the way Raineri was trying to buy everything the first season and paid the price when Chelsea won nothing. May be Mark Hughes is in for a similar treatment and hence the names are being linked like crazy. I would actually wait out this season and see how things shape up next season as then the whole of transfer window would be available for the consortium. Cheers! Ram

i have heard a lot about aguero talent and skills. but i have never seen him play. they have been linked with a lot of players after there takeover. they are being linked with lot of big players which are looking unlikely to move from there present clubs. i don't think Gerrard and fabregas will move liverpool and arsenal. well, Rolando may not move from man utd, if he wants to move his next destination might be real madrid but not mancity. well, there hope of signing big players depends on what place they finish this year. if they cant finish in top 4, most top players may not join man city. money can buy players but not trophies. too many big players will also lead to down fall of the team, as u know too many cooks spoil the dish. example: Ac milan.
