What does your favourite sausage look like?

The Maltese sausage (Zalzett tal-malti) is my favourite when we go to a BBQ. It is made of pork, sea salt, black peppercorns, coriander seeds and parsley. Another version includes garlic. It is delicious when it is cooked over a barbecue. When my friends bring their food over for a BBQ they bring different versions of sausages. Which type is your favourite?

I am not so sure on what it look like but I just grabbed it in the Supermarket and would only choose for a Chicken sausages and sometimes with cheese....

Yum your Maltese sausage sounds absolutely delicious and it is making my mouth water then I realize I haven't eaten for ages, too carried away with the computer! Wish you could send some over right now! Our sausages come in many varieties but I just like plain old pork, I am not really fussy about sausages along as they taste good and ideal with ketchup in a roll.

yah i like sausage when i eat burger,sandwich it make this fast food delicious. I like meridian sausage (tomato,chili)etc
