How Many Times A Day Do You Eat?  |

Well right now I'm on a diet, so I eat more small meals than usual throughout the day. I eat six small meals a day.I wake up around 10am, I eat around 10:30am, and from there I eat about every 2 hours until 8 or 8:30pm. I love to eat, but every now and then I go on a small diet to prevent weight gain.

1. thrwbckjay67 (2542) | 2 months ago | I am the same way; it's not a specific diet, but I've learned within the last few years that it was better for my personal metabolism and for my appetite for me to have smaller meals more often rather than the three traditional meals I was raised to eat at (breakfast, lunch, dinner). I love eating, too; it works out better for me anyways, I get to have a nicer variety of food everyday and still eat to be full.

2. amira_milka (1852) | 2 months ago | I think you have a perfect diet plan. In my case, I eat 6 times a day in big servings which is why my metabolism is so slow. I'm always constipated. I couldn't help to crave and binge especially when my favorite foods are not always available in the kitchen.

3. sudalunts (2608) | 2 months ago | It all depends. I am not a big eater. I actually eat to live not live to eat. As long as I do not feel hungry I am okay. I am unemployed now, due to a lay off, but when I was working, the only meal I would eat is dinner, and that was sometimes. Work was so hectic, I really did not have much time to enjoy my food, so I did without the food. Now, that I am home all day, I may have a little something around ten in the morning, and something in the evening around seven. Today, I had buttered roll around nine this morning, and a pastrami sandwich around four. I think I am good for the rest of the night.

4. ag_abscruzmd (1665) | 2 months ago | I eat three times a day with small snacks in between. It has already been a habit but the bad thing is that I eat breakfast in the smallest amount. It's because I am always in a hurry to get to work on time, so I just have a small bite or two of bread or whatever is available. Sometimes, I would just drink chocolate milk and I'm fine until lunch. My lunch is usually just a small plate of spaghetti or a single serving of rice with viand. I take a snack of chips between lunch and dinner. My dinner is the biggest because I am home then, so I am not so stressed and I can enjoy my food. I try not to eat beyond 7 PM so that I could lose weight and it really worked the past few weeks. I already lost 8 pounds.
