Do find your self singing a song and you can not get out your head.?

I also do that a lot. We call that LSS or "Last Song Syndrome". My current LSS is Madonna's Give it to Me.

Yep I sure do. Sometimes it drives me crazy, especially when I didn't actually hear the song but rather thought or had seen something to remind me of the song. My youngest son is really bad. He always says songs are stuck in his brain but then again he is a music fanatic!

ya.. last week i heard john denver's annie's song ... it has been playing in my mind ever since.. if i casually start singing while doing some chores i would end up singing the lines from that song no matter what song i started.. it seems like magic...

The cure to removing a stuck song in your head is simply to hear it but dont sing along to it, then listen to another song, then sing along to it.

I think we all do this, some songs are annoying as you can't always reember who they are by or what they are called.
We are all singing Mamma Mia songs in our house as we have the cd to sing along to and then when its not on we suddenly start singing some of the songs
Some of the adverts on the telly useparts of well known songs, and older songs which is good as it keeps the old songs alive for the young ones without them realising it.

The song I can't get out of my head is Return To Sender, sang by Elvis Presley. I don't know why. Month ago I watched the video on Youtube and after that I just had to sing it myself. And I'm still singing it. I guess it has to do with the lyrics. The song is easy to remember and catchy.
