an herpes or genital warts commercial? NO WAY!! no amount of money would pay enough for me to have my face as the poster child of stds!!
so is their enough money in the world to make you wanna star in one? i wonder if these people can get dates afterwards lol

I've known several people who were in commercials (NOT for STDs tho) Unless you are a famous star, they do NOT want anyone locally to recognize you!!! Therefore, you live on the east coast & make a commercial, it is ONLY played on the west coast. Likewise, you live on the west coast & make a commercial, they only show it on the east coast. The north shows in the south & the south shows in the north. I can only assume that if you live in the heart of the USA, they will ONLY show your commercials in Canada, Mexico & Cuba

Now, to answer your question...I wouldn't want to be known as the STD Queen. However, it is a VERY IMPORTANT topic so yes, I'd probably do it knowing that it's not going to be seen by all my local friends. Having lived in the South 80% of my life, few would know who I was in California. If I could save one person's life, it would be well worth it!!!

I wouldn't do it but it is a health commercial and it is important and they might be thinking about how important this public service is.

yeah its important to get the point over with to show a face but it still would be horrible to be known as the herpes girl or something lol.. or worse people not realize they are remembering you from a commercial but remember you having something so they stay away

I would do it, I don't care what people think of me. Just the people close to me, as long as they know the truth I would be happy spending my money.

im married also but then that would make people wonder if i infected my hubby so then he would have to deal with it.. and yeah i heard those stats and its insane!!

If I was allowed to wear a disguise, and had my voice modified with a computer, it'd still take $1,000,000,000 for me to do it!!! Oh yeah, and I would need to use a fake name.
