Do you think that a high school class reunion should be for graduates?

Do you think that a high school class reunion should be for the graduates the ones that received their diploma? or just for anyone that may have quit school along the way like in the 10th gradue. Shouldn't a class reunion be for the ones that actually received their diploma on graduation night? My graduating class is trying to organize a 35 year reunion. We had a 10 year reunion and we didn't think about inviting anybody other than the ones that actually graduated with us. Now at this reunion there is one girl that quit school in the 10th grade and insists that she come to the reunion because she is actually one of the class. I don't think she should be invited. Am I wrong? She wasn't invited to the 10 year reunion why does she want to come to this one.

I could see if it were the 5 year,10 year or even 15 year one. Bu 35 year one I think she should be allowed. By then people are getting up in years and well sometimes you don't run into some of those people because they moved out of town. We didn't have a large class because it was a new school and we were the first class to graduate. We had a couple of people drop out that weren't at the 5 or 10 reunion but late if they want to come shrugs. no big deal. No they are not part of the graduating class but they a classmate that made a bad choice either forced or by choice. I say let her come it isn't a big deal really.

They only want this one woman to attend the reunion. I think it would be only fair if everybody that attended from the time that woman did be allowed to attend, too. And, we had 3 girls that quit school during the senior year, I felt like they should have been invited to the 10 year reunion, but could get no one to agree. They should be allowed to attend this renuion too. But, no one is in agreement. I don't know what is wrong with these people. If I don't have a change of heart, I will not be attending, I can't think of it as a class reunion.
