referals issue are you having such referals which are active or not

hi users i want to ask a simple question 
from you that are there any active referals that you are having and they are also giving you or contributing a part of their activity to your income or you can relyon them that if you do nothing then they are there to do some good income to you
i had some referals that were attracted by my blog but after some time like 1 pr 2 days they jus went away i tried to convince how this site works and what is their procedure to give you your share but they jus were not listening and went away
did you found any way through which you convinced your referal to continue for long term if then please share with us

I do not have referrals here. I had 2 sometime ago but they are in names only and have never really participated in anything. It is hard to make newcomers work and earn here as they do not stay long enough to be able to understand the working of mylot and have not got caught with mylot bug. It needs someone to be patient to see enough result .

yeah and some of them are new and dream big and easy money but they receive leass money so they quit and thanks anyways for your response and happy mylotting

i don't any problems with that because I don't have any referrals at all and I won't know how to do them.

Over the last year that I have been a member with mylot, I have received 39 referrals but 38 of them are not active and most never even posted a single thing. I don't understand why anyone would take the time to fill in all of the blanks to join the site and then not post even one single response.
I have one that did 22 response and I earned only 4 cents off of it. Then I have one that did 5 responses and I only made a penny from her/him. But now I just got another referral and she is very active already. She has posted 45 responses and 5 discussions, in three days that she became a member and I have earned 44 cents off of her so far. She is posting really good postings. They are long posts and she is earning really good for them. I know because at 44 cents she has to have earned 4 times that since we get paid 25% of our referrals earnings. So she is at $1.76 for me to earn that. Which means she is averaging over 2 1/2 cents per posting. Good for her and good for me. I hope she sticks around and continues working the site.

Honestly, i never have any referral ever since.Its hard to find them so i just do it on my own.Thankfully with all my effort i've been paid many sites on different sites.I know referrals could help alot but if you will work hard its not possible you can make it alone.
