Do you have peculiar sleeping habits or posture?

LOL. sucking his thumb while sleeping? that was kinda weird... well, I can't sleep if the lights are on and if I hear even a single noise, or foot steps. my arms should always on tops of the pillow. I should have a pillow under my legs. and of course, I should rub my feet on a silky sheets of my bed to complete my sleeping routine.

I have to drink one or two glasses of water before going to sleep! There were times when I forgot to drink and I can't sleep at all! Also, I can't sleep with my back against the bed. I am always sleeping on my side then turn (involuntarily) from time to time. I don't know where I get this sleeping habit but I've noticed that my sister and I have the same sleeping posture.

Wow..ok. This is gonna kinda feel good to get out in the open once and for all. While I can sleep without it, I prefer to sleep with it...I have a wooby. It's really just a pillow case without a pillow in it, but it has to be like a stiff cotton so that I can rub it under my fingernails and along my cuticles. Whew! That did feel kinda therapeutic! Cool topic. :)

I do not have any peculiar sleeping habits although I tend to keep the lights on when I am sleeping in a hotel room. Otherwise, I turn off all the lights before sleeping. I don't thumb suck, never did and never will. Cheers!!

The only sleeping habit i have is that, i cant sleep without a pillow.. haha ^_^ If i dun have a pillow, i will put my hands under my head to act as a pillow and that i must lie on my side b4 i can fall asleep.. lol =D But once i have a pillow, i will be able to sleep in regardless of what scenarios.. hehe

I have to hug my bolster; I can't sleep without it. Previously I slept on my side, but my arm got numb (blood circulation, I think), so now I sleep on my back!

I tend to sleep in the fetal position. I am 54 and yet I still curl up holding my knees to my chest most nights. I have a 30 year old neice that still sucks her thumb as she holds the corner of her sheet. Too funny. HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

This is an interesting topic. Well as for me, I can't sleep without a pillow on my neck. When I was a kid my cousin who is a lot older than me used to tell us scary stories about "manananggal" (half bodied vampire). And I would really get scared that every time I sleep I put on a pillow on my neck to cover it up so that the manananggal would not be able to bite and suck my blood. And even in my deep sleep, if they try to pull the pillow on my neck I would wake up and put it back on. And unfortunately, even now that I am not scared of manananggal anymore I kinda got used to it and it's hard to sleep without it.

When I was a kid, I used to call my bed habit a nannan. I would take a little piece of sheet or the pillow case and fold it into a little triangle and rub it on my face or pluck it back and forth with my fingers, that was my nannan. I find myself now even as an adult doing it sometimes. Brought back memories, think I will make a little nannan tonight I usually sleep on my sides, when it is too hot I will sleep on my back, I sleep fetal too, I guess I just sleep all kinds of ways.
