Would you ever eat cake for dinner?

One time, I ate cake for dinner. I wasn't really hungry for real food. I think it was my birthday. That was ages ago. I can't do that kind of thing anymore. Messes with my blood sugar and makes me feel weak. Have you ever skipped dinner and just eaten cake or dessert instead?

I can eat only cake or dessert for dinner. I think I have also done that especially during special occasions when I have eaten a lot during the day. That is the time when I still feel full and can't eat real food yet. Have a nice day!

I did that once. About ten years ago, pecan pie was my big thing. One morning I got up and ate half a pecan pie. Almost passed out from all the sugar!

I've eaten cake right before eating the main meal, but I've never just had cake for dinner. I feel really empty inside when I do that. I always need to have a protein with sweets or I get hypoglycemic. There have been times where I have stuffed myself with sweets like cake and have gotten too full to eat dinner, though, but not lately.

I don’t remember I ate cake for dinner nor I would want to cake for dinner. The one meal that I would not skip is dinner. If I’m too tired to eat, I’ll just have a small portion but not totally skip dinner. I prefer to have rice in dinner than cake.

Yup, especially when I am home alone and feeling too lazy to cook; so if there is any cakes or cheesecakes in the house, then I would take them for dinner instead.

I eat what I want, when I want. I may eat a piece of cake for dinner, I may drink a glass of plum brandy in the morning. haha If I am in the mood for it, I'll eat it when the mood strikes me.

Did that sometimes. But, the problem with is I can't not eat too much sweet. There is no wrong with my blood sugar. I just take 1 or 2 bites and that is enough. If I eat cake before dinner I vannot eat dinner at all. Maybe sugar give eough enrgy that mkae me no hungry no more.

Hello beauty queen. I don't like to eat cake for dinner, but I would like to have it as a snack after dinner. My young niece had her fifth birthday on August 18th, and we had the cake after dinner about half an hour later. I don't think that I can feel full to just have cakes. I love rice and always have it as my first choice, followed by noodles. lol

cake, not so much. but as for ice cream, then that is a whole new topic. i can finish a pint (or two) of ice cream in one sitting---for dinner. of course, i only do this when i don't have anything to eat or im too lazy to call fast food delivery. i don't have any problem with sugar content or with getting...umm...stouter. to be honest, my goal is to gain a few pounds. just a few, i don't want to end up being overweight. with that said, i can indulge in cookies, ice creams, fudge, shakes, cakes, and everything else that will satisfy my sweet tooth :D

I love icecream too! But it's so fattening! And, easy to eat.

I do love cake, so its ok for me to eat cake for my dinner. As long as you will not do it regulary then it will be fine. Everything must be take into moderation cause everything that is too much is bad for our health and body. =)
