How often do you take a vacation in a year?

Ideally I like to have two vacations in a year. One during the summer times, probably off to a hill station and one during the winters.
How often do you like to take a vacation in a year?

Hi ram! we vacation twicw a year but mostly to nearer destinations only. But this year we went to a paradise resort named Boracay an it's quite far but the place is truly amazing and sublime. We only have that vacation this year since all of us in the family had so many activities of our own. I hope I can accomodate another one for next year (God-willing) and if budget permits.

My last vacation was in 1996. No lie. I'd love to be able to take a vacation every year, but it's just not financially possible right now. When I get my tax return, I'd like to put some aside to take my son on a nice trip in the summer. Maybe a trip to the beach or somewhere with a good kid-themed amusement park.
