hi friends i am here to tell you a very good from of exercise well its not really an exercise but its some what set of exercises which you do in routine then these ensure to remove all of your diseases and ilnes that has been bothering you from so long and you have to do follow very less medication s and that to for only some cases like paralysis and joint ailments and other diseases and if a normal person does it then ti guarantees no illnes and 100% active

I have done Yoga in the past, but I know practice zazen (a form of Zen meditation where one focuses on the breaths to the exclusion of all other thoughts). I often do a form of Yoga stretches after sitting in zazen for long periods. It is amazing what health benefits are to be found in this eastern practises.

Hello nutanjain. I have never done Yoga, but it is getting popular in some cities in China. It is a very good exercise to do some Yoga, I guess, out of people's popularity with it. But do you know how to do Yoga, please?

yes yoga really helps to prevent diseases and stay healthy. But there are side effects also. Like if doing a yoga witha wrong position can be really worse.

Many years ago I used to do yoga, but now that I am a lot older I just do some execises on my bike.

I never done this but i heard that this is really good to meditate ourselves.I think alot fo people are doing this now.And i heard alot of positive feedback about this.

I never try to have YOGA as my exercise routine but I do try to have a jogging to be fit and watching my diet as well.........and I do heard it that it is one of the best thing to be refresh for all the stress but I hope I would find ways on how to do it for free......
