Just wanted to share what I have read.

its great to know them all as part of education we have to eat healthy foods so we are abvle to live longer in the world.

but i know its hard for less fortunate brethren to follow proper nutritions and i hope there are ways too that theycan follow eating healthy foods cheaper with the same quality of nutritions.
