Almost all the houses in the Philippines has a "God Bless Our Home" wood carving in their front doors..It is a native product of Baguio City. We have one in our house. It is a medium size carvings simple and plain. But for me that is the best wood carving we have in our house. My eldest sister bought it ten years ago during her first visit in Baguio City. Do you hve one in your front door?

Actually we don't have that in my house. It is really rare that these is seen in many houses here in Metro Manila. I think in the provinces I could still see soem that hang these message on their homes.

We don't have one at home and it's vey rare here in my city. Most "God Bless our Home" is the wall decor kind not the wood carving but it's either in the sala or near the dining room or above the dining table. I saw some little carvings of that in some doors but they're not from Baguio. I haven't thought of buying one when I went to Baguio 3 times, it's making my bag a little heavier after buying souvenirs from there. :)
