Im a gemini person, meaning im suffering from moods swings from time to time. At oe time i feel happy then suddenly i feel anger or hatred but for me this is already normal. I do lighten my mood by going to the mall, window shop or having a coffee break. Or If i feel burn out due to work then ill be listening to Good music or watch my favorite shows from tv or eat my favorite foods. This are the ways to lighten my moods.

I would like to get some good food on my bad days. It was but yesterday, I was having a bad day. Yet, I will not fail, as others, for in my hands I hold the charts, which guide through perilous waters to shores. My bad mood never lasts long anyway.

I put on a dvd a comedy to make me laugh, I think laughter is a great way of lightening your mood, but I do find when I get frustrated going to the gym and working out the frustration and angst is a great way of feeling good and changing my mood. Sometimes comfort food is good as well or a nice long hot soak in the bath with soft music playing in the background brilliant for relieving the 'blues'

i lighten my mood with a lot of good music, daily trips to the coffee shop up the street, and a shot of Slivovitz every afternoon when I come home. For those who have never tried Slivovitz, it's really delicious Serbian/Croatian plum brandy.
