mild heart attack because of high cholesterol had a rupture EMT to me in time i am weak and tired,i will be changing cholestrol med thats a fact and i had already lost 25 pounds so i adthat going for me so if you be aware if you have high BP and Cholestrol you can die,and thanks for the Medal and the good Lord i am a live.evn if i did getblessed out.

Hi mommamusic,
Nice to hear from you, I am so sorry you had that mild heart attack, keep taking the med to lower your cholestrol and blood pressure and keep resting, I have had a chech up from my doctor and had blood test and everything is fine except I am lacking in iron so I am on iron tablets and will have to go back for another test next month. I am being good and doing every thing i am suppose to,i am a nurse so i am acting like what i tell my patients,hope you get your ironup.Take care.I ama laying down in a few,i am tired being in bed makes me tired.

You should not be here, you should be taking it easy and resting in bed with a cup of hot chocolate and a good book! 
Melissa said you were demanding your laptop--girl, you've got to relax and get your priorities straight. MyLot is not a priority, even though there's people here that care how you are. The people that are physically around you are the ones that really matter in the end, like Melissa who let us know what happened.
You get off the computer and stay off for a few days...connect with the people in your life that love you and live totally in the real world for at least a short time--you could have lost that world, do you realize that?

Well then, you have us! Maybe we'll be good therapy for you. 
I know how you feel, I live alone most of the year--my mom visits during Florida's hurricane season but otherwise I'm alone. I don't often get lonesome, though, I'm very independent, but when I do get lonely it's kinda bad. My sons live in the southwest and I'm in the midwest, I see them once a year. Every so often it's kind of hard to get through an evening.
It passes, though. Hope you get out and get some friends, you're a lovely person and I'm sure you'd have loads of company if you could make a few acquaintances, they would quickly turn into friends with the personality you have!

yes it does get lonely,my kids are in and out but at night is the worse,my husband moved out,but that not a surprise seems like the older the wife get some men not all need some thing younger and prettier
