If you're watching Dancing With the Stars this season, then you should already know that the Olympic women's beach volleyball champion Misty May Treanor suffered an injury during a rehearsal for the show. On Friday she ruptured her achilles tendon. This is a pretty nasty injury. I know a person who this happened to and they were in bed rest for quite some time while it healed. Luckily Misty was already planning on taking a break from volleyball so this is not going to interrupt her career. But unfortunatly she did have to drop out of the Dancing with the Stars competition.
