It is actually a good time to buy a house or is just another way to get us hook up into signing those compromising paper that can change you life for good or for bad,can we make sure by a honest way or person or institution or are we in our own with this new situation that have so many of us so worry where is the help or is there any help at all,share your experience please!

The office where I work there is an Insurance Company and they are saying that it is a good time now to buy things like Real Estates and Stocks because they are going at a low price. In another ten years you will see that you didn't make a wrong choice so I will encourage you to do so if you are getting the house at a good bargain then go for it. If not then read up on all the Blogs that are talking about the market and the values of Real Estate. All the best.

As far as home prices go it's a great time to buy but you might have a problem getting a mortgage. It's worth a try though if you have good credit, a secure job and have found a home you're interested in. Just make sure you get a fixed rate mortgage and read every line on every page before you agree to anything.

well it depends wether you can afford to buy now the banks are not giving but small loans at this time our banks are in trouble.so the choice you choose to buy it would depend on how deep your pocket are.too buy a house now is a good time only if you can afford it.
