I've had enough: he alaways waits for the last minute to make decisions

Have you met this kind of person? Well, i'm working with such a guy. Every time i go to check for something, he'd say, it's still time, leave it aside and i will tell you later. You know, tickets, hotels or travel route, these kind of things should be planned beforehand, and he just leaves me in a place don't know what the next step should be taken. Damn it.

lynettebyc that is a very hard person to work for.I would tell'him you just cannot work that way and explain why. then
if he refuses to work with you, I guess you will need to
to find a new job and give your two week notice. but in todays job market it might be wise to try to work out some sort of arrangement with him so you are both happy with it. talk to him and try to come to some sort of agreement.

I'm his subordinate and i don't see any hope of persuading him into making decisions quicker. I can't find a better job in such a complicated situation as i don't have experience. So all i can do is to wait and bear this

YUp... There are a lot of people who are like that. Tend to put off decisions until the last minute and what's worse, when things go wrong, they go and blame other people. Lol.

I think many of persons are the same with him.They couldn't make a desition or do it quickly till the time would due.I like to do sth quickly if it is urgened. ,then I will do others.

Hi lynettebyc,
Yes! my husband, when I tell about going anywhere, he will leave it to the last minute to let me know when he is free, so most time I make a dissions for him and whe we are suppose to be there at cetain time, he leaves it to the very last minute to leave and I have being late for things, but he dosen't and it really makes my blood boil, but I have a new trick, I tell him we have to be at certain time but really it one hour early, the will teach him.
