just re-listening to Land and was wondering what the current take on her is - especially re the current (mostly Obama related) Muslim=evil terrorist on a mission to destroy America ness right here on mylot (especially the politics section). She's androgynous, radical, beatnic, and punk, some of her lyrics could be viewed as very socialist, she's been pro-Moslim/Muslim (same thing just alt spellings afaik) and questioned/challenged/denounced (depending on your point of view) Christianity,in her her words and lyrics, and attacked the Iraq War.
