They never really responded to my several emails asking them how long the limt will be lifted. it's kind of frustrating because I can't use the account and I have some funds I want transfered. | | | |

| | this happen to me before for about 4 months that i can't make any transactions from my paypal account because it was on limit. i submitted all necessary documents but still on limit. i wait for my EON card for the final verification. When my EON come, i am very excited to verify my account and hoping that my account limit will be lifted. Well, what amazed me was i can't still make any transaction. My patience for waiting was gone, so i send email to the support group explaining why it happened to my account. i already accomplished all necessary requirements but still the limit not lifted. After a day, support group replied my email and ask for apology. With that day i make transactions with my paypal account. | | | |

| | Actually the toll free number is for the US but the center is just located in Libis. Good thing about it is that at least we know that Filipinos handle it. If you send an e-mail to them Filipinos answer it as well. I'm not too sure though if PayPal has other contact centers besides the Philippines. | | | |
