The killing of Jennifer Hudson's mom, brother and nephew... Who killed them?  

Very, very sad. I hope they catch the people. I suppose she could have had enemies, but could have been somebody else in the family too.

I know.. I heard they suspected the father.. but I don't know.. It could be the enemies of the family as well.. After seeing the story, I was horrified, no matter who it happens to, this is a really troubling thing that happened.

Its very strange. Jennifer Hudson wasn't really some top actress. She's recently new to hollywood, from american idol, so I don't think she's really had much time to make enemies, or have crazy stalkers. I'm not sure if this was someone she knew mad at her for forgetting them, and trying to get money out of her, or if it had nothing to do with her, and was just random violence. There wasn't a ransom note that i'm aware of, and then there's the immediate killing after the abduction, so i'm guessing who ever it was had no idea who the people were that they attacked, and once they saw the story on the news and realized who these people were decided to just get rid of the kid, and go on the run. But that's just a guess. The story was very unexpected. Its odd that no one has heard anything from Hudson herself.

hi cream97 yes I think Jennifer Hudsom must have had some enemies. It could have been two crooks who were hired to kill these people, I dont know. I know that hired killers must be
real monsters who have no compassion for anyone and kill for money, probably they are mentally ill too. It is very sad that the killer just kidnaped he kid then just killed him,so senseless and cold hearted.

It is very sad. I have not been following it in the news so I don't even know what the media is saying about it all. I hope they do find all of the answers. This is just a horrendous thing for that family.

This story made me sad too. I feel for the family. Usually these kinds of things are related to domestic violence. I think it has something to do with Jennifer's sister wanting a divorce and an estranged husband with some sort of trouble with the law in the past. The little nephew was a cute little boy. It is such a shame. It is too bad that guns always seem to get in the hands of the wrong people.

I don't like to accuse anyone before they are prosecuted but, I think it was likely the brother in law. He had been arrested for attempted murder before, and he is a person of interest in this case. Why he went and killed those people I just don't understand it. I think he or who ever did this must have just lost their mind and went nuts. It does not seem like there was anything to gain by doing this. It is very sad indeed.

I know what you mean. It is a very sad story. I was wondering why with all the money Jennifer had why she didn't move her Mom from there. But then I heard on the news that she tried to but her Mom wouldn't move. She wanted to stay there. I don't think that it would've been different even if she did move. I think who ever did it, would've found her anyways. As far as the nephew. That does sound strange to me. To abduct him and then kill him anyways? That doesn't make any sense at all. Then killing someone doesn't make any sense to me anyways.

Well I am a tad late to this party but I'll give you my 2 cents anyway. As far as the initial murder it was more than likly and accident or a burst of anger. They had already killed the Mother and Sister, they did not know what to do with the Sisters son so they took him with them. While driving they must have decided that they had no choice but to kill the sisters son as he could identify them. If the sisters husband did not do it, he had his friends do it.
Remember, these types of criminals only have feelings for things that effect them. Everyone else is merely an object, no feelings of love, regret, compassion, and no guilt. The fault will be placed on the Sister or Mother for creating the enviorment that lead to the murders.(this is referring to the suspect). Killing of the young boy, was something they had to do because he could identify them, again not their fault. These individuals can mimick emotions but can not feel them.
Now, this person(s) are a good case for the death sentence, the purest form of perminate rehabilitation, never to commit another crime.
