Obama has won!

I voted for him so I'm all YAY!

Here's to hoping he can actually change America for the better.:3

I'm so happy! We are in the middle of history being made!

That was a landslide and even capturing states stronghold of Republicans. History has been made already and Obama's name is chiseled already in US history as the first black president. I just remembered the TV series 24hr with this situation when David Palmer became the president and his brother Wayne occupy the same spot later in the season.

I feel like the world is a safer place to live in than I would if he hadn't won.


I don't think he's perfect. no one is perfect, but the alternative doesn't bear thinking about.

Obama was in the right place at the right time. he benefited from Bush being the worst precedent in history. McCain picking Sarah Palin and the economy crash. but with that said there is no doubt the is a great politician. i hope America can pull together and be the great nation that it once was.

I wondered who had won the election in the USA and you told me. Thank you. I know it has been a very exciting time for all American people. I think that it is great that a black man is now president of the USA. That is because it will help all black people be successful seeing a role model that they can relate to. It is terrible that Obama supports leaving live birth aborted babies to die. Apart from that I hope he will do some great things for America. I think black and white people are equal and I respect all different religions. I am a teacher and I try to promote racial respect and understanding. I really enjoyed it in one class when I had a girl from Martinique and a boy from Barbados. The girl was clever and if given a good secondary education could have a really bright future like Obama.
