Yes what I say is true. Just keep drinking water more and more every single day.
As breathing is essential to live drinking sufficient water is essential to live good and healthy.
Daily drink 14 regular size glasses of water. It seems difficult but is not so difficult. Immediately after getting up drink 2 glasses. After brushing teeth and before your daily cup of tea drink another glass. After tea and in between breakfast drink 2 glasses. By breakfast complete 5 glasses. Between breakfast and lunch 3 glasses of water. Between lunch and evening 3 glasses. Between evening and dinner drink 2 glasses. After dinner drink 1 glass. That's all. The catch is that the more you drink water the more toxins thrush out from your body relieving you of your constipation, indigestion, headaches, loss of sleep etc. Some times due to work stress or family stress we do not eat or drink water properly. We rather forget drinking water. This stress will also get corrected.

Yes, you are correct. Water is very good for us. It is essential to live. I don't drink 14 glasses per day, though! Woah! Well, I can try! If it really relieves stress, I will surely try! Thanks for the helpful information! :)

.The doctors over here say we must drink eight glasses of water a day.When i was having heat problems in my body doctor advised me to drink two to three litres of water.It also keeps the eyes moist and prevents hairfall.

Yes; Water is so essential for our life . It provides so much for our body;our digestive system and overall immunity. So , have plenty of water everyday .
