Cracker Toffee

I was browsing through eBay last night and someone is selling something called Cracker Toffee. I of course went and looked up a recipe and made it last night instead of buying it. It is very interesting, but it tastes more like a chewy caramel than toffee. Salty and sweet which is always good. Have you ever heard of Cracker Toffee? Do you like chewy caramel?

Sounds interesting. I am sure I would like the way it tastes. But I like hard toffee. The chewy thing would take some getting used to.

No I dont much like sweets made out of chewy caramel as gets stuck in my teeth. But when what you had described sound tasty.
