winter on the way do you like swimming?

I do find swimming boring in all honesty, I much prefer to go with someone than go on my own, swimming up and down, up and down, I get my exercise on the treadmill, cross trainer and bike in the gym. I like swimming outdoors though, that is more fun, especially when you are on holiday and there is a big hotel pool. Not fond on swimming in the ocean because of the tides and you don't know what is lurking in the ocean! I am funny like that. I was a late starter learning to swim, I didn't learn till I was 18!

Swimming in winter? That would be so cold. I think it is better to swim in summer not during cold season. I'd die of coldness if I'd swim during winter! Ha!ha!ha!

Hello rowe0525 At the moment I am unable to take me children swimming because I am a single parent and the local pool won't allow me to take 3 children swimming if they are all under the age of 8. My eldest son will be 8 in January so we are looking forward to going swimming then. I don't really like going swimming in the winter and then coming out into the cold with wet hair but I really want my children to have fun.
