Have you ever been caught carrying something that is prohibited in the terminal?

There was this unforgivable experience of mine while going to travel to a distant place. We were on the terminal and fell in line in order for the guards to start checking our baggage for things that are prohibited like deadly weapons, liquors, etc.
When the guard came to my bag, he reached inside and stopped. I was surprised what made him hesitate as if he held something deadly in his hands. When he took his hands, along came my "secret weapon". Haha! It was indeed a weapon - a chaku, a chinese weaponry made from two wooden poles attached together by a chain - but it was intended to be my toy. I hand-made it just for enjoyment. But the look on the guards face made it a life-threatening weapon. Worse, other guards started to come to our spot and inspected what caused the commotion.
I was so embarrased. I asked for apology then. But what surprised me was how it got to my baggage when I really did not put it there! As I remember, it was on my cabinet.
So, had you ever been caught on the same scenario? Try to put it here and we'll just laugh at how surprisingly silly things get sometimes.

I've never had anything I should not carry on the airplane, but I once was on jury duty. When I went through the metal detector and the screen monitor, the guard asked me about the knife that was in purse. I was shocked because I do not carry a knife. When I looked at the monitor I saw that on my keyring I had one of those emergency contraptions with a little pocket knife and a bottle opener on it. I took it out and the guard put it in an envelope and told me I could pick it up when I was done. When I was finished for the day I went to get my item and the guard was not there, I asked the new guard on duty about it, and he checked and said there was nothing there with my name on it.
The first guard was a thief he took my item and left. I really liked it, because it came in handy whenever I went camping.

Well, it is indeed surprising how things take place sometimes.
We might not expect it but a little "harmless" thing might
get us in some way of trouble.
Too bad the thief guard took it with him. My chaku was confiscated
too, but I didn't have the chance to take it back since we used the
other terminal on our way home.
