Did you know a fish could smile?  

I never would have believed it if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes, but hubby recently caught a sheepshead which has teeth unlike any other fish I have ever seen. Many of the saltwater fish we have caught have teeth which can be very sharp and pointed so you always want to be careful when taking them off the hook, but this one has teeth that look like a childs. Needless to say, I asked hubby to make this one smile so I could take a picture of it.

I must admit that I was a little nervous about eating a fish that could smile, but it was rather good and tasted a little like crappie.
