I don't like raw carrots, i cannot stand the taste. I only like it when it's stir fried, or i when i make the scrambled egg with carrots. I hate brinjaul, it's too soft for me after cooked. I dont really like pumkin too, unless it's grilled or baked. Basically, i love many kinds of vegetables, like long beans, french beans, lady fingers, broccoli, cauliflower, potato, greenleaf vegetables (most of the types, i dont know what they are called in english), etc. Normally i just stir fry the vegetables with garlic. For potatoes, i cook together with meat, and sometimes i make the soup. It's very healthy soup, just boil the water, chop the potato, onion, carrot, tomato into pieces, then put all into the boiled water and keep cooking for 1 hour, for me, i don't put any salt or sugar, because in the end, it's already sweet naturally :-) It's better to drink the soup before having the meal. So that you can absorb most of the nutritions. Happy lotting :-)

When I was little, my grandmother would blanch broccoli stalks in salted water and then arrange them on a platter to cool. She always intended to serve them drizzled with Parmesan sauce, but they never lasted until dinner time. My brother and I would always snitch a few stalks every time we walked by the stove. To this day, I love broccoli blanched in salted water with no other sauce or seasoning at all. I also love spinach wilted in olive oil with just a little garlic and salt, but an old boyfriend taught me to carmelize onions in olive oil, add spinach to wilt it and then mix it with a few tablespoons of plain yogurt. Now I'm wondering if I have some spinach in the refrigerator!

Hmmm I'll have to give that one a try. Cabbage,Brocolli and Cauliflower are a definte go along with corn. Now corgettes and morrow? Don't know what it is so I don't know whether I like them or not! LOL I don't like anything slimey though.

I like cooked carrots, and usually take in this soups or cooked with meat. Others include lettuce (iceberg, romaine, butterhead) - these I can take raw, and brocolli, aubergines, cucumbers, and most vegetables. The only vegetable I don't enjoy is bamboo shoots, ugghs!

I like broccoli because it's very delicious mixed with tuna and mushroom. You just have to saute onion in hot cooking oil first followed by tuna then mushroom and lastly the star of the dish...broccoli! I just love the food you can try it and you'll surely love it. I also love squash and cabbage.
