Yes, Bobby McFerrin did the song too. I used to think I was confused about which one sang it until I finally learned that they both did. I think I like McFerrin's better.

I have a friend who is always either listening to New Order or Erasure, she is mad about them!

I had to pick more than one because I couldn't find the song that was going through my head at the time. As I listened to each one, I thought "nope that's not it. But it rocks!" I still have no idea which song was going around my head. Worse, now I can't remember the words that were stuck in a loop in my mind.
