Unresolved Discussions???

I have a lot of unresolved discussions. I always read what people respond to my discussions with, but all to often I get a lot of really good responses and can't pick just one. So now I sit pondering whether I should just pick one, or what. I don't want to just play pick one, because there are so many good comments, and opinions. But I don't want people to think that I don't read their comments because I haven't picked a best response out of them. Hmmm.... Have you ever had this problem? What do you do? Do you always resolve your discussions?

Oh dear, I just went and check...I have 16 pages of unresolved discussions Anyone wanna solve my unresolved discussions? I think I never will manage to do that :) Dont worry too much about this, sometimes its really impossible to choose the best answer, sometimes there actually isnt any answer that would deserve to be chosen, sometimes there is only one answer and you cant compare it others, sometimes we are just lazy and 16 pages of unsolved topics pile on us and discourages us in the beginning lol

Hey tlb! You know I have that problem right now. My discussions usually don't get that many responses, but it still is very difficult to pick one best response. There are always so many really great responses in a discussion and I hate having to only pick one. It makes me very uncomfortable. Now I have two discussions that I have not yet picked a best for. One has gotten 184 responses. How am I supposed to pick a best from all those responses? The other has I believe 82 or something like that and even that is too many to pick a best from! So what am I supposed to do? We are expected to pick one! I just don't see how I am going to make a choice. I have always managed after some time to resolve my discussions as is expected of me. This is one time that I will have a really difficult decision!

i alos have many unresolved. i am not getting much time to resolve them. but i guess its high time i clear most of them. will do so soon.

I am facing that problem too. What I do now is a put a secret marking on the one that is really ideal and when I do my best response I need not go through each and everyone of the responses and come right to the one I marked out. But I will take a long time before anyone earn my BR.

I try to not have too many unresolved discussions. I think so far the only unresolved discussions I have are ones with 0 responses. *LOL* You can't mark a best response if nobody has responded! I try to be very thorough in marking a best response. I really want it to go the right person. So, I just do my best. :)
