What is your favorite Animal to Hunt?

I haven't been hunting in years, but some of my best memories of growing up included hunting. I've hunted deer, ducks, pheasants and other game, but my favorite is rabbits. Rabbit hunting is fun because the little critters are a real challenge to hit. It's not about sitting in a blind or stand waiting for the game to pass through, it's about tracking them, moving in and being able to hit a target hopping in an almost natural serpantine run. I've hunted rabbit with people whose weapon of choice were shotguns, and that is their choice, but to me it's not as sporting. It takes a lot of the challenge out of it. Deer hunting is great, and I love venison, but anyone whose bagged a buck can tell you that getting your dear is when real work starts... especially in the canyons and draws of the Rockies where I grew up. That isn't a problem with bunny blasting. Once you've hit the critters you just throw them in a gunny sack and continue on. They say that rabbit "tastes like chicken", so why not just eat a chicken? I don't agree, while rabbit has about the same consistancy as chicken, it tastes much better and there is more meat on the pieces. If you hunt, and are looking for a great challenge with many rewards... I highly recommend it.
