Stevens is now a felon, what about the lobbyist who gave him "gifts"?

We have heard a lot about Stevens and his taking of "gifts" (bribes). He went to court and was found guilty. What about the lobbyist who gave him to gifts? Are they being charged also?

GRRREAT question! I sure haven't heard that they are so I seriously doubt it but I think they should be! I'm not sure what the law states in a case like this but it should be changed if they can't be charged, in my opinion. Annie

Ya I am having a hard time even finding who the lobbyist were (except that they were big oil lobbyist). The news is not talking about it. I will try to dig and find out. They should be charged too.

The GOOD news (in my opinion) is Stevens is now trailing by over 2000 votes so his reelection hopes are getting more dim by the day. Annie
