I will be graduating from college soon and plan to be an elementary school teacher in NJ. What do you think are the best districts to teach in?

I grew up in Bridgewater and Bridgewater-Raritan used o be good school district. There are a lot of weathy people there who want good schools. That said mostof the school districts in Somerset County re good except for Manville, Bound Brook, and Franklin which as districts with lower income. If ou are certifie in Pennsylvania, trying for a job in the Poconos could be worthwhile. The population in Monre County (around Interstate 80) has been growing and the school systems are expanding, although the are finding the money tight. The East Stroudsburg district, where I live, is building a large expansion for the elementary school in Marshalls Creek.

You are in Ewing? Are you certified to teach in PA? I know its hard to get into a lot of the school districts, but Philadelphia is always hiring. The work is a lot harder than in a suburb, but the pay is usually better, as well!
