hey my fellow Mylotians,
long time no see.
my poor little computer has been sick for the last couple of weeks but finally arrived home from the "doctor" yesterday.
it sure feels good to be able to surf out into cyber-space again after being stranded in the land of reality for such a long....long....long....long time. cry
unfortunately my hard drive burnt up and had to be replaced, so it will be a couple of days of tweaking before my comp. is restored to it's former glory.
i have to remember all my programs and bookmarks.....but at least i can finally return here on a daily basis.
anyways, good to be able to myLot again........talk to y'all later. w00t

yup, so far my desktop and bookmarks are looking rather empty but i'm slowly getting there.
it's actually kinda nice to start over from scratch......i had so much crap installed b4 which a lot of it i never used and a ton of bookmarked pages that for some reason i thought i needed only to never visit them again. surrender
anyways, we only paid $50 for this old "Frankenstein" of a computer and the guy only charged us $20 for a new hard drive, so i can't complain. wink

So glad you have your lovely computer back home with you, sconibear. I know how hard it is to manage without it, as mine had a burnout a few months ago. It feels as if you've had a limb removed! Hope you have everything restored to normal soon!
