teen commits suicide in front of 15,000 viewers

This week, a 19-year-old college student took an overdose of anti-depressants in view of 15,000 viewers and died online. 15,000 viewers watched and nobody did anything until it was too late. They thought it was a hoax because he has threatened before, and never went through with it. What about you? What would you have done? Is this a new low in our culture?

I read about this the other day. Soo disgusting and criminating. If I was them I woulda done something sooner b4 it was too late n then they saw the police walk in. Espec the ones that were tellin the teen not to do it they shouldve called for help instead of the viewers that were encouraging him to kill himself. This world makes me sick today. Why would ppl do such a thing to a young teen? I just can't imagine what this family is going through right now. Soo sad!

That is terrible. I would have done something to report it because we never know when someone is serious or not. That is just awful.
