not really. i'm rarely use "no", cz i can use the other word. Like "not really", "i dun think so", etc. We can use the other word to elaborate what'll we say.

its hard to say. its one of those question that it seem like your going to say no anyways. its kinda funny thing to ask but interesting.

I am not using "no" often. I am more on saying negative things in a positive way.

Yes. By saying yes, I think that it actually bypasses it's intent. In fact, I am lying to you. Instead of saying no, I said that yes, my next word will be no, when my word was actually yes. I think this exercise does not really have the intent that it is meant to have.
