There are lots of people, men and women, for whom love and sexuality are bound up with, well, ropes. Or chains. Or cages. I myself don't have the slightest desire to be restrained, but I have known, biblically speaking, several women who found it to be the ultimate experience.
How does it play for you?

I once knew a Dominant who was so obsessed with it that when he got drunk he used to mumble about how a Dom shouldn't be restrained by traffic lights. What a tosser.

Well I used to have bondage fantasies and I thought I would be seriously aroused by being restrained so I was very surprised when it had not effect other to make me want to escape. Which I did quite easily.
However, I found that when my hands were held I did get aroused so there are different types of bondage for everyone. I am still a little puzzled by the difference but I like anything that works. It does not stop me resisting the restraints but it seems that this is all part of the fantasy for me and can be a lot of fun.
