Christmas Song

My favorite christmas song is Silent Night and 12 days of christmas.

I have several but to narrow it down to one song, I really like "O Holy Night" by Josh Groban. He sings this song with such emotion and has an excellent voice. He can make any song sound beautiful since he's so talented.

I like the one composed by a Filipino Singer, Jose Mari Chan. The title is Christmas in our hearts. Here's the chorus: [i][b][u] Let’s sing Merry Christmas and a happy holiday this season, may we never forget the love we have for Jesus let Him be the One to guide us as another new year starts and may the spirit of Christmas be always in our hearts[/u][/b][/i] I simply love the lyrics.

I agree with tryxiness. I also love "Christmas in our Hearts" sang and compose by Filipino singer and composer Jose Mari Chan. I also love "Give Love on Christmas Day" by The Jackson Kids. Oh I also love "Last Christmas" I love the melody and the meaning of the song. If you don't know the song, here are some lyrics: [i]Last Christmas, I gave you my heart. I have two favorite christmas songs:Jingle Bell rock and Someday christmas I think from the Jackson five. I really loved theses songs. Everytime I hear them play on the radio it feels like I am back being a child again roaming aroudn the neighborhood with my cousins and make carolling. I have a very happy childhood and my best memories are always during christmas season. Christmas songs really help uplift my spirit.

I don't have just one and not even two favorites. I have way too many to mention. I can say that I do like most of the Christmas songs.

I guess my favorite Christmas carol would have to be Away in a Manger. This carol really describes and reminds me of the lowly conditions that Jesus was born in, even though He was destined to be the Saviour of the world and the King of Kings. Also, I think it's a very suitable carol to be sung by children and adults alike. Best of all, there are two versions to this song, and I love both of them. However, if the Christmas song doesn't have to be a carol, then I guess my favorite Christmas song is one that was written by my close friend. It was entitled "Emmanuel" and it tells the true reason Jesus came to earth, to save mankind and to be with us (Emmanuel means "God with us"), and not all those Christmas trees, presents, shopping, Santa etc. The lyrics were awesome and really meaningful, and the melody was awesome too, making it a song that I cherish.

I like most of the Christmas songs, apart from all those songs, particularly I like, "Gloria in Excelsis Deo"......
