Eat Jalapeno flavored Krunchers! I have a bit of a stuffy nose today. It is not too bad, but just a little annoying. I am sitting here with the kids munching on some Jalapeno flavored Krunchers and not my nose is running. My 8 year old sons is too. Do you ever eat spicy foods to help clear your sinuses?

Jalapeno anything tends to clear the sinuses very well. LOL

I really enjoy Jalapeno potato chips and kettle chips. I like spicy food and have increased my tolerance for heat over the years. I usually just eat spicy things for the taste and enjoyment and not out of need to clear blocked or clogged body parts though. Funny thing is, that Jalapeno chips can make your nose run even if it isn't stuffed up to begin with. HehHehHeh.:)
