Baby bump shown in ads as fat

On one of the internet forums about pregnancy a lady who is now 28 weeks pregnant told us what she noticed in a comercial about some weight reduction product. A friend of hers watched it and said next time you watch it there is a lady with the same shirt and bag as you that is so strange. Sure enough next time the ad came on she had a look and it was her and what they have shown is a baby bump not fat. They dont have the faces of the people they filmed. Now I ahve seen lots of pictures of this lady over the past 2 years I have been on that forum and that lady is no fat. She is at the most size 12 australian (remember we start our size from 6 and there is no size 0).
