Black Friday...Do you go out for it

While it's very true that there are some special bargains out there on black friday, there's no way, even when I was younger that I would fight the traffic and crowds to try to take advantage of them.
I'm not one that has to have the very latest thing the minute it comes out. Most of the people that I know personally will fight the traffic to get their kids the latest toy or game.
There are good sales on after Christmas and that's a good time to get started on next year's shopping list. There are good sales in July and most all during the year. I'd prefer to shop early and spend black friday wrapping and getting things ready to mail. . .or resting up from Thanksgiving!

It is well past the holiday season now especially where Christmas and Black Friday are concerned but nevertheless I usually try to avoid that Friday altogether when it comes to shopping.
I think that it can be dangerous on the roads and fighting with the crowds at those malls and department stores.
